Noeleen is a highly skilled Make Up/SFX Artist who is also excellent at doing hair. She completed a Professional Make Up Artistry Certificate and a diploma in Art & Fashion Design, and has attended SFX workshops with Ali Gordon & Tate Steinsiek of Ill Willed Workshops.
Noeleen is the first Deaf Professional Make Up Artist in Ireland. Growing up in a silent world, Noeleen expressed herself visually winning a number of national awards for art throughout her teens. Her personality and passion for fashion shone during her finalist position in the Rose of Tralee, as Monaghan Rose in 2005.
Teaching is a passion of Noeleen’s and she has traveled to various counties in Ireland giving make up workshops. As a role model to younger Deaf people, Noeleen has presented at ‘Taste Your Future’, an event showcasing professionals in their respective fields. Following the success of this event, she has been invited a second time to present in Cardiff this year.
Before joining the EF Creative team, Noeleen enjoyed a senior role in another makeup artist studio. She has worked on projects as varied as Cardboard Gangster (written by John Connors from RTE’s Love/Hate), Guinness, Meghan Markle (Rachel from TV show Suits), Tommy Bowe’s XVKings clothing, Mr. Ireland Karl Bowe, TV3’s ‘The Gadget Buzz’, Ireland AM, Andrea Roche modeling agency, U magazine, Beaut.ie and has worked on set for various other short film productions.
